The Air Pollution Control Division of the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment is keeping the public apprised of the location of wildfires and how they’re impacting air quality in its updated Colorado Smoke Blog. The blog covers wildfire activity, prescribed burning operations, and transport of smoke from out-of-state sources.
The useful resource also includes a Prescribed Fire Map, which displays planned burning operations each week, and shows where permitted burns may occur in the coming year.
